Summary

The Sales Engineer drives CGTech business growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing key relationships, and implementing sales strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Perform sales activities, establishes, develop and maintains business relationships with current and/or prospective customers to maintain renewal business and generate new business for the assigned geographic area, set of named accounts to achieve or exceed revenue objectives;
  • Develop strong customer relationships at all levels (plant engineers, research and technology experts, purchasing managers, and senior management);
  • Prepare and deliver highly-tailored product demonstrations that show deep understanding of the customer’s challenges and how CGTech is the solutions provider;
  • Demonstrate technical expertise and answer relating questions to the product, and how it fits into the prospect’s existing ecosystem;
  • Create and conduct sales presentations to match customers required capabilities to match their positive business outcomes;
  • Remain knowledgeable and keep abreast of the company's new and existing products/services to facilitate sales efforts;
  • Research sources for developing current and prospective customers to determine their potential;
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers;
  • Create and maintain account plans for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities;
  • Maintain accurate sales data and reports within Salesforce (CRM);
  • Provide accurate forecasts for new sales and renewal revenues;
  • Present and leverage key metrics to leadership, key stakeholders, and customers to determine potential;
  • Leverage trade shows and conventions; schedules training and seminars to enhance new business opportunities within current and prospective customer base;
  • Alert client to new or improved products/services and relays client feedback to product development staff;
  • Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers;
  • Prepare quotes and customer implementation plans;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry and competitive position of the company;
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field;
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in sales

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven sales experience;
  • Experience in simulation/rendering software;
  • Willingness to work remotely and travel (~50%) within defined region;
  • Understanding of NC programming;
  • Understanding of engineering analysis and technology;
  • Some knowledge of the following industries: Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive;
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing experience
  • Recent experience with VERICUT or CAD/CAM
  • Experience in utilizing Salesforce, or a similar CRM

Supervisory/Work Environment/Physical Demands/Other Conditions

Supervisory Responsibility: This position does not require supervisory responsibility.

Work Environment and Conditions:

  • Due to the confidentiality of the work, the functions of this position should be performed in a private home office. This role routinely uses office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines, etc.
  • This is a full-time, remote position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, hours per week upon local legislation.

C’est dans ce cadre que nous vous proposons de rejoindre notre équipe en tant que Ingénieur Support (H/F) sur la région toulousaine.

Poste et Missions

Véritable ambassadeur(drice) du logiciel VERICUT, vous apportez toute votre expérience et expertise afin de fournir un appui technique aux clients, aux ingénieurs commerciaux ainsi qu’aux partenaires marketing.

Vos activités seront les suivantes :

  • Assurer la hotline pour prendre en charge les demandes clients, analyser les problématiques et apporter une réponse technique optimale
  • Aider les utilisateurs en maximisant les avantages et la mise en œuvre du logiciel VERICUT
  • Assurer la connexion et le suivi des demandes d'évolution du logiciel notamment en proposant de nouveaux développements applicatifs et informatiques.

Profil recherché

De formation technique (Ecole d’ingénieur en Génie Mécanique, Productique, Informatique industrielle ou parcours équivalent), le monde de l’usinage n’a plus de secrets pour vous !
Doté(e) d’un excellente communication et d’un bon relationnel, motivé(e) et curieux(se), vos capacités d’analyse vont de pair avec votre esprit d’équipe.
Observer, comprendre, analyser, résoudre et dépanner : autant d'actions que vos expériences et votre curiosité intellectuelle vont rendront capables de mener en faisant preuve de la plus grande rigueur.

CGTech étant une entreprise internationale, vous maîtrisez l’anglais technique.

En plus de ce qui précède, les qualifications suivantes sont souhaitables mais pas obligatoires:

Vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie dans le domaine des Post-Processeurs.
Dans l’idéal, votre expérience vous a mené(e) à utiliser VERICUT.
Des connaissances en développement informatique (sphère professionnelle ou privée) seraient également de véritables atouts.

Ce poste CDI basé en périphérie de Toulouse (31) serait évolutif à 3 – 5 ans.
